Key Leadership
Sri Sridharan

Sri Sridharan is a retired Executive with Rockwell/Alcatel and has been associated with Vidyarambam Trust since 2010. He has worked closely with the Late Founder President Sri Ranganathan in developing marketing material for VT, conducting workshops for VT teachers in Spoken English, and visiting and interacting with the children in various villages.

Sri has visited the Model School in Nagapattinam several times to work with the teachers and students. He resides in Frisco, Texas with his wife Hema. He has two children and four grandchildren.

Viswanathan Santhanam

Viswanathan Santhanam, a retired Boeing Technical Fellow, lives in Maryland. He and his wife Usha support several charities that focus on children's education, women's empowerment and welfare of developing nations. They have been supporting Vidyarambam Trust for over a decade and have visited several of the villages in Tamil Nadu served by VT. Santhanam sees Vidyarambam USA as the key to directing expatriates' support to VT, which is crucial to its success in achieving and expanding its mission. A brother of the Founder of VT, the late Mr. V. Ranganathan, Santhanam considers it an honor to serve as a board member of Vidyarambam USA and hopes to help further its goals.

Dhamo S. Dhamotharan

Dhamo S. Dhamotharan retired from AECOM ( An International Engineering/Consulting company of about 90000 employees) at the end of 2019 as Group Chief Executive after 39 years in various senior executive positions. He graduated from College of Engineering, Guindy, University of Madras with B.E.and M.S. Degrees and Ph.D. From University of Minnesota. He is now serving various Boards and Non profit education focussed Boards including University of Minnesota, College of Science and Engineering Advisory Board. He , his wife Rema and the family have been supporting about 600 children in five villages in Dindigul district Grades 1 to 8 for evening classes in Mathematics, Science , Engineering and Computers for the last 20 years plus and also supporting several children for their college education through Vidyarambam Chennai. Dhamo and Rema have two sons who are married and have four grandchildren and are living in Sugar Land ( Houston) Texas.

Paul Pandian

Paul Pandian is currently the President of Trans Global Technologies, Inc., which he founded in 2000, a company with an eclectic mix of investments in companies covering not only North American enterprises, but India as well.

Paul Pandian is very active in national and local community organizations, both as an advisor and a donor, These include the Texas Food Bank, Pratham USA, Akshaya Patra, Metroplex Tamil Sangam and the Federation of Tamil Sangams of North America.

Srini Vasan

Srini Vasan is the founder and CEO of eShipGlobal, a global SaaS provider in Transportation Management Solution space, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. He has more than 25 years of technology and supply chain experience, helping businesses on shipping and optimizing supply chain.

Srini oversees the company operations and manages product innovation. Srini is also responsible for business development, and new technologies, leads the company to define technology vision, deliver business solutions through the formation of strategic alliances with partners and internet enabled e-commerce leaders.

Under his leadership, eShipGlobal delivers solutions to Higher Education, retail, e-commerce and distribution and other vertical industries to ship their products, Research materials, and sensitive documents globally while bringing alternate shipping and compliance solutions. He has helped fortune 500 companies and leading higher educational institutions on how to transport hazardous and clinical research materials globally, with proper shipping documentation and export compliance.

eShipGlobal is recognized as a fastest growing technology company in North Texas and is listed in INC 500/5000. Prior to founding eShipGlobal, Srini worked for multi-national consulting companies in software development and project management.

He graduated from Southern Methodist University, in Dallas, Texas with a MBA in Business Administration. He also holds Master degrees in Operations Research and Mathematics from leading Indian universities.

He lives in Dallas with his wife and two children.
